The snowy mountain sisters

The Snowy Mountain Sisters is a NYC-based, all-female bluegrass and folk music collective.

Jo and her sister Brittany formed the group in 2015 in order to create more opportunities for women in music to collaborate, perform and shine in a creative, professional setting. Over the years, the Snowy Mountain Sisters have collaborated on numerous recording projects, collaborated on new theatrical works, hosted songwriting workshops for kids, and played from coast to coast.
